Travel website for Bribie Island launched

A new tourism website promoting Bribie Island to travellers has been launched by Tourism Bribie.

The new visitbribieisland.com.au website will feature Bribie Island’s iconic experiences, events and destinations on Bribie Island, Sandstone Point & Ningi.

Visitbribieisland.com.au is the only locally owned and operated tourism website for the island, focused solely on promoting Bribie Island as a tourism destination, and providing local businesses with a digital platform to promote their business, product or event,” said Tourism Bribie owner Tim Pasqualone.

Tourism Bribie decided to split tourism content away from the ourbribie.com website as part of the agency’s new strategic direction.

Ourbribie.com will focus its attention on being the region’s number one independent news and opinion site, while Visit Bribie Island will focus on tourism,”

“Website visitors are also able to book accommodation, follow Eric the Emu, view maps and itinerary suggestions, and learn about the island’s key tourism experiences such as coastal adventures, food and wine, nature and wildlife, festivals and major events, shopping, adventure and attractions.” Tim said.

Local businesses are being asked to contact Tourism Bribie to discuss listing options available on the new visitbribieisland.com.au website.
